- Payment must be made 100% in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Payments once made cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Accepted payment methods include Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer.
- License delivery will be processed only after successful receipt of full payment.
- Licenses are generally delivered within 24 working hours.
- Latest supported CAD platform versions will always be prioritized.
- Support for older CAD versions depends on platform compatibility and functionality.
- Node Lock licenses are permanently locked to a single machine after activation.
- Node Lock licenses are non-transferable.
- One Floating License can be used across multiple systems, but only one active session is allowed at a time.
- Multiple simultaneous users require additional Floating license seats.
- Renewal is available only for yearly subscription licenses.
- Renewal requests should be submitted before the current license expires.
- Expired yearly licenses older than one month may not be eligible for renewal.
- In such cases, a new license purchase may be required.
- Conversion is supported only from Node Lock Perpetual License(s) to Floating Perpetual License(s).
- Migration requires payment of the applicable price difference.

- Users will be informed whenever important fixes or updates are released.
- Feature requests may be considered for future versions.
- Customer-specific functionality requests may be treated as paid customization work.
