- Setup file does not open
- Windows blocks execution
- Nothing happens after double-clicking installer
- Right click installer
- Select:
Run as Administrator
- If Windows Defender warning appears:
More Info → Run Anyway
- Installed CAD version not visible in setup wizard
- Unsupported CAD version
- CAD application installed incorrectly
- CAD installed after launching installer
- Close installer
- Verify CAD software launches correctly
- Re-run installer as Administrator
- Ensure supported CAD version is installed
- Browse button works but license does not load
- No success message appears
Verify:
- Correct license file selected
- File was not renamed or modified
- File is not corrupted
- Internet connection is active
- "Login Failed" message
- Activation unsuccessful
- Invalid license file
- Expired license
- Floating license already in use
- Unsupported CAD version
- Internet unavailable
- Verify internet connectivity
- Ensure correct license file
- Retry login
- Restart CAD application
- Contact support if issue persists
- License cannot activate on second PC
Floating Licenses support:
One active session per purchased seat
Option 1:
- Logout manually from currently active device
Option 2:
- Wait approximately 2 minutes for automatic session timeout
Node Lock licenses are hardware-bound.
Changes such as:
- Windows reinstall
- Hardware replacement
- Motherboard changes
- New PC usage
may invalidate activation.

Unknown command: EGBOUNDARY
- Verify plugin installed correctly
- Restart CAD application
- Ensure supported CAD version
- Reinstall EGBoundary if necessary
- Boundary not generated
- Incomplete boundary
- Missing regions
- Open geometry gaps
- Unsupported entities
- Extremely small tolerances
- Use cleaner geometry
- Increase manual gap tolerance
- Enable automatic tolerance calculation
- Verify entities are connected properly
- Long processing times
- CAD becomes unresponsive
- Reduce selection size
- Simplify geometry
- Close unnecessary applications
- Use automatic tolerance settings
¶ Settings and Display Issues
Verify CAD display settings support wipeout entities.
Try:
- REGEN command
- Restart CAD application
- Load linetype manually in CAD
- Verify linetype scale settings
- Regenerate drawing
Use command:
EGLOGIN
to reopen login window manually.
Trial mode supports:
whichever occurs first.
Purchase and activate a valid license.

Node Lock license stops working offline.
Maximum offline usage duration:
72 Hours
Reconnect system to internet and relaunch CAD.
